There are two areas where the One Press System saves time and labour above all previous sytems - larger sleeves, and multi-leg bridles. When making 2-3-4 leg bridles, the labour required to hold, position, and manipulate the rings and legs, is like wrestling a mule when using the standard press and sleeves. With the One Press System, the effort is anywhere from 1/4 to 1/16th that required of older types systems. A major benefit of this is increased safety for the workers.

While there is a learning curve when the One Press is installed in a shop for the first time, and the workers are a bit uncomfortable with the new process, after a few weeks the advantages and ease of use become ingrained and the old methods are soon forgotten. We are now using three of the One Press machines in our plants, and I look forward to the day when we do not have the burden of the older type machines in any of our facilities.

Thanks for your visit. After I dropped you off at the airport, I came back to the shop, and we received an order for 5/8" F.E. slings that had to go out the next day air. Tator and I got right to work, and with the One Press, we were able to get the job done just before the UPS truck pulled up. This morning we did a 4-leg bridle, and Tator said the One-Press was his new best friend. Thanks for all your help!
